Chose to stay here for my 38th birthday. The level of service and professionalism was absolutely awesome from the time we pulled up to park. Walking up to check in we were greeted along the way. Check in was seamless. The room was beautiful and quiet. Our suit was off the Main Street and you couldn’t hear much traffic. I would 100% stay here again when visiting the area.
Beautiful hotel and service located next to awesome restaurants and shopping. Also, the roof top bar is pretty cool. We’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel!
Surprise is an understatement for how happy The Birchwood made me. The personnel are friendly, attentive, and accommodating welcoming you to this centrally located gem in downtown St Pete. The location is second to none! It is in the heart of everything you want to walk to and see in the downtown area of St. Pete. On the rooftop, there is a great bar with unbelievable views, and on the main level, another excellent bar and restaurant. in between, are the rooms which could be considered a bit dated, however, upon a more detailed look, they exhibit classic charm. The rooms are spacious and clean in the bathroom is hard to describe with a giant tub and walk-in shower with a rain head. This will be the place I stay every time provided it is available moving forward. Visit in Saint Pete every 6 to 7 weeks, I regret not knowing of this place sooner. My stay truly defined this trip for me making it a great one.
