Marriot has always been consistent throughout all our stays. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean, and the parking attendants are awesome. My husband and I grew up in San Jose and come sometimes for date nights and alternate between the old fairmont, now Signia and Marriot but after a few bad parking mishaps with signia, we will only be staying at the Marriot. Signia prioritizes event or other people parking at the hotel rather than guest and the last time we were sent away to park at nearby parking structures and basically had to bribe the parking attendant to let us park in our own hotel. Marriot parking attendants are gold and they remember you. 5 stars. Worth staying for sure. Starbucks in lobby is super convenient.

I loved the hotel! I’m an ex hotel room inspector so I am very picky on cleanliness and everything. The hotel was fantastic! Everything from the front desk, lobby, hallways, room, it all felt & looked so clean! I’d definitely go back and stay! The pillows & bed were so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud.Hotel food was great. I felt safe. That is the most important! Staff was very friendly. Central location was excellent, Great restaurants as well near by. Lots to do within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here in the future. will also be recommending to all. open window air would be nice.
