Judging by the number of loud teenage boys in the lobby when we arrived, there was apparently a hockey tournament going on in Provo during our weekend trip... Before going to our assigned room on the second floor, I asked the front desk woman, Connie, if there were any rooms available on the top floor (so we wouldn't have people stomping above our heads all night). Without any further questioning, Connie kindly upgraded us to a suite on the top floor since there were no similar rooms available, and put us in a quiet corner of the hotel. I was not even hoping for that, but her desire to make our stay great from the start was apparent, and so appreciated. The room was very clean; extremely comfortable beds and bedding, and nicely decorated. All the other common areas of the hotel were quiet and welcoming. Also, the hotel is situated on Center Street in Provo, which we discovered had dozens of fun little shops and restaurants (F&E Latin Patisserie was amazing!). Highly recommend! We will stay here again for sure!
The workers were very helpful and kind, made everything as easy as possible and made our first time at the Marriott the best. were definitely going to be booking more of these in the future!
