Fabulous hotel! Really comfortable beds. Large rooms. Housekeeping brilliant. Gelato and Sal’s pizza are delicious! Staff really helpful. The parks are a lovely boat ride or 10 minute walk away. Handy direct bus to Volcano Bay. Can’t wait to stay again!

This is my second stay at this marvelous hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is so convenient to the Universal Parks. The Hotel is in top-notch condition and everyone who works there is kind and welcoming. I highly recommend the Club Level Benefits. The amenities are luxurious and the Club has recently been renovated and is beautiful.The staff were exceptional. After having reservation for months, arrived to be placed in furthest room at end of furthest wing and kept up allnight by unexplaned loud intermittent banging noise. Staff finally moved us late the next afternoon. Staff personally came to our room to check on us and brought card and gift since this was our anniversary trip.. we were expecting scheduled construction...but one day had no hot water..warm is being kind. Then tv didn't work. Staff went out of their way to help each time..they are treasures.
