I loved how often the room was cleaned everyday, as well as the different VIP services. We loved having the French press coffee delivered to our room every morning! Such a great touch. I dont have any complaints regarding the hotel we had a wonderful stay!
This was a beautiful resort with picturesque views of Hanalei Bay and the peaks of Hihmanu, Namolokama, and Mamalahoa. All of the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. Our room over exceeded our expectations. The daybeds located on the beach were comfy and perfect for relaxing and having a cocktail and some small plates. We were enamored by the whole experience!
The facility is beautiful and the service was top notch. Food great too!
