Amazing stay! Great room, comfortable bed, and the friendly staff made it a wonderful trip!
This 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️was very beautiful and comfortable with so many amenities and the staff and room service was excellent. We enjoyed the great complimentary breakfast and the happy hour in the evening. My children especially loved the pool and the long hours so that no matter what time they woke up or whenever we came back they could still go to the pool to end the evening and then enjoy watching tv after taking a luxurious shower before bed. There were so many lounge areas in and outside this exquisitely designed hotel made to accommodate any and all occasions. Thank you embassy suites hotel for a spectacular vacation stay and we are already planning our return for a graduation next year 2025! 😊🤩
Absolutely fantastic. We could not asked for a better welcome. Carrie R. welcomed us and went above and beyond expectations. She got a trolly for us and helped us load it and push it to our room. I was using a walker. The added help was great. She found us a great room near the elevator. I'm so thrilled. Nick T. Helped us at breakfast. He carried my coffee and apple juice to the table. I forgot a napkin and he got that as well. He was so kind and willing to help. Such a fine gentleman. As we were leaving my roommate asked for 2 bananas. It was not on the buffet. He went into the kitchen and handed her the fruit. Above and beyond expectations This morning after breakfast I went to reregister for the remaining week until the 21. Our room was perfect so we decided to stay here in this room 532. Tierra helped make The check in so smooth She also notified us by phone to let me know our rental scooters arrived. Later in the day I called to ask if the front desk could help me register our car and I provided the information and she helped with the computer set up. We are so grateful for the service being fantastic! Also Bev and I went off the property tonight to go out for dinner and we ran into Nick at the restaurant front door. He recognized Bev n I and said, “ Hi! “ He had a big smile on his face. I said, “ Hi Nick!” It was great to be remembered and see a friendly face in town …even if we just met this morning.
