Three Chimneys Inn is such a cozy place. The rooms are nicely decorated. The outside are is so lovely too. It exceeded our expectations! I would definitely come back .This is a unique location in the quiet town of Durham. The age and charm of the Inn draws you in right away. Do visit the tavern in the basement too; rich colored wood creates an excellent setting. The bartender waited on the table too and was fantastic. Even the owner stopped by to check on our meal and comfort; you won't get that a Hilton! This place is a great getaway... and be sure to visit the area where they have their water fountains and waterfall too... walk further back and be a peace in the solitude. We loved it.
