My brother and I came in for Austin City Limits music festival last minute, and we were hesitant on where to stay given the price mark-ups on all the hotels, particularly the nice ones such as the W, but ultimately made the decision to stay at the W --- and we were so glad we did. The hotel's location in the heart of downtown was the primary reason for our stay, and we left with dozens of more reasons why we'd stay here again. The service was incredible from the moment we checked in to when we checked out, and the staff was extremely hospitable, offering us free drinks while our room was getting ready.
