I visited this hotel with my family for a few days and everything about it was top notch. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Very helpful! The pool area is beautiful and the connection to Lenox Square mall made it so easy. Also very close to the SlooMoo Institute which is a must if you have kids. Very pretty neighborhood and well appointed. 10/10 recommend

Will come again!From the moment we arrived, I knew this was going to be a wonderful stay. Newly renovated, super clean, 5 star staff, and connected to luxury retail space - what more could you ask for? Every staff member greeted us upon arrival with a smile, we used the complimentary local private shuttle service to get to and from dinners and we enjoyed our time thoroughly.
