After a disappointing stay on the previous night in a different facility, I was happy to see what an amazing place Grand River Hotel was! Clean, beautifully appointed building with friendly staff who desired to help. This is a 5 star facility which is less expensive than other less desirable places. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time I am in the area.

Great place to stay quiet and comfortable well priced and right off the hwy I70. And very friendly staff and clean.As always I'm taken good care of due to my disability they have always provided us with ground level room and no charge for my service dog. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. A room adjacent to us had a dog that must have been left alone because it barked and barked. If people take their dogs on a trip they should Not leave them alone!! New surroundings and new noises scare dogs!
