The hotel was located in the heart of Time Square. I really loved the location and the room was big and it was super clean. The lady that checked me in provided excellent customer service Everything was great about this hotel, no complaints here.

Not only was the location perfect but the rooms and staff, especially the great bellhop service. Those guys were so nice every time we came or went out. Was surprised by the extra $30 a day charge.
