  • We had to evacuate due to local fires and stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and we were given free parking and no charge for pets… that helped a lot. In addition we were allowed to change our reservation without penalty. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and Lia and Sierra from the front desk were very helpful and compassionate. Thank you!!!
  • We were in Mission Viejo visiting family and this hotel was recommended to us. Loved our stay there. The staff was friendly and the check in was smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The room was cleaned regularly. There is a small cafe in the lobby area with good breakfast and lunch options and Starbucks coffee. We only tried the breakfast and it was very good. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
