The staff went above and beyond for my family. I expressed that my 2 year old is a light sleep and if they could change our room to a quieter area that did not face the metra train track. The staff delivered, my family was very grateful and pleased by the hospitality. My son was able to sleep peacefully and my husband and I were able to relax with no stress. Thank you
