Beautiful huge shower, wall of windows with distant view of dunes and lake, clean, good sized rooms, comfortable beds with hypoallergenic bedding. Close to beach.
It was the perfect little birthday get away. Staff was exceptional, our room was clean and nice. Food was also good a little pricey but good.
Overall we had a great stay. Our hotel room had an issue with hot water in the shower and the solution from maintenance was to just let it run until it got hot (~7-8 minutes). The nice part was that from the time the complaint was made until maintenance was at my room for was less than 10 minutes. Very impressed with that. Check-in was also delayed from the standard 4:00 p.m. time so we had to wait around in the lobby with our luggage until the room was ready. The room in the spa blue tower was clean, spacious, and had a good view. There are complaints from some who say the walk is too long but it's maybe 3-4 minutes from the car to the check in desk.
