I had an excellent stay from start to finish. The head reception supervisor was very nice and checked me in quickly. She also let me “spin the wheel” as I’m a gold member and I won free parking, so that was an added bonus to my stay. Rooms & bathroom were clean and bed comfy, black blinds added extra comfort and allowed me to have a nice lay in after a long flight. Gym was well equipped and outdoor pool and terrace area looked well taken care of and clean. Shame I couldn’t use the pool but it was raining so much! Parking garage had lots of space and it was easy to access my room from there. Good location and one of the few hotels in the area that had onsite parking. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend to others, 5*

Everything was so good 😊 ! The welcoming smile and customer service wonderful. Managers and teammates the best! Room extra clean Food super good 😍 Thank you!We had a problem with our power blinds and management came up to the room and after we both tried to figure out how to use them he gave us complimentary breakfast for the rest of our trip which was above and beyond our expectations!! Close to the shops of Merrick Park Mall. Uber service everywhere!! Late check out with no additional fees!! Totally recommend if you need a place to stay in Coral Gables!!
