I give this hotel 5 stars all across. The checkin was easy and we were able to check in early. The staff was amazing. The hotel is very cutesy and demure . The rooms are cute and small but very comfortable. The cleanliness was great and the location was top tier !!!! All of the eatery’s and shopping walking distance. I will definitely stay here again

My husband and I stayed here for a night, as we were leaving for our cruise the next day. The property is super modern and beautiful. In the heart of downtown Miami, we walked to everything once we got settled in! I loved the bar design and all of the lounge furniture settings on the check in level. Our room was small, but super cute. Fell in love with the lighting panel in the room and automatic window coverings. The staff was super nice and helpful. After we left for our cruise, I realized I left my credit card in the room and was worried another guests may have found it or I lost it completely. Midweek, I received an email from the hotel that they found my card in the room and was holding on to it until they heard from me! The day we came back, I, called to confirm they still had my card. They did and assured me it was secured until I can't to pick it up. We picked it up on my way to the airport. We had a great experience at CitizenM and will definitely be back for another stay!Excellent hotel and great price
